UPSL NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Orlando City SS HCs Vander Lee

October 29, 2020 – Los Angeles, CA – Orlando City SS HC forward Vander Lee has been selected UPSL National Player of the Week.

A native of Bahia, Brazil, Lee scored five goals in a 5-4 victory in a UPSL 2020 Fall Season Florida Central Division I game on Sunday, October 25, 2020. Lee played 90 minutes for Orlando SS HC (3-2-1 overall).

Lee attened Sao Paulo FC youth academy, played at Faculdade Dom Pedro II university in Salvador, Brazil, and has played professionally in Brazil, Mexico and Spain. He is the second UPSL player to earn Player of the Week honor playing for two different teams.

The UPSL National Player of the Week is selected each week of the regular season by members of the league and journalists covering the UPSL, and decided by the fans via Twitter poll.
